Dairy Free Parmesan

  • 1 cup blanched almonds
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


  • Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until it turns into grainy, parmesan-like pieces. Stays good in the fridge for a couple weeks. Enjoy!
